Royalmark Management, Inc. is a privately held real estate investment company and licensed broker that acquires and manages commercial multifamily real estate properties through valued relationships with many investors, including pension funds, public corporations, and high net worth individuals.

Royalmark Management was founded in 2005 by President Robert Hernandez. Robert has over twenty six years of hands-on real estate experience with skills in sourcing, acquiring and repositioning income producing assets to achieve peak performance. We have a special knack for quickly turning around distressed assets through hands on project management and power leasing strategies. Robert remains as an adviser for Royalmark as needed.
