This is our 10 Unit building after we did the basic paint work. Notice the arches and the insert. When we first purchased this building this was one of the main features we knew we would capitalize on in terms of value-added. The residents really like living here even more now.

We completely gutted each home and rebuilt the interiors from scratch. You can see some before photos in the slide show above. We also added a second bathroom to the 16 – 3 bedroom homes. All interior upgrades were accomplished in-house and thus we saved over 40% on development costs. Our president handled the entire project from start to finish and through the lease up phase.
